Beginning December 1, 2026, The Arc & Align plans to introduce a trial resident shuttle service to and from the University of Manitoba. This shuttle service is being offered as we explore new ways to enhance the resident experience, with future availability based on resident engagement and program success. Service is expected to operate approximately every 20 minutes during busy weekday periods, Monday through Friday, with convenient stops near major campus buildings. Available from December through March (excluding holidays), the shuttle is designed to offer residents a smarter, more comfortable way to get to class—no car, no cold, no hassle.

Located directly beside The ARC, and across the street from The University of Manitoba entrance, ALIGN is also a purpose-built co-living community, perfect for student living. Featuring the same community-focused amenities as The ARC, ALIGN also offers some different floor plans to the diverse living needs of students.

The ARC and ALIGN are Student Living, Reimagined. Located conveniently across from the entrance to The University of Manitoba makes us walking distance to campus! Our suites are fully furnished with upscale modern furniture and appliances with HIGH-SPEED Internet included in the rental rate. You would only be responsible for setting up your WYSE utilities account for hydro and water. In addition to the great suites we have casual and study lounges, as well as a kitchen and cooking lounge. We have a business centre with FREE printing as well as a state-of-the-art fitness centre (must supply your own paper).

In addition to being a student community, we welcome those who have recently graduated who are interested in community or co-living arrangements.

We have limited parking spaces available for rent. Please inquire for availability.

The ARC and ALIGN lease by the bed. You are only responsible for the rent of your bedroom suite. If living with roommates, all roommates are equally responsible for damages and/or missing furniture from the common areas plus utilities.

Personal damages are not covered under our lease agreements. Our residents are required to purchase renter’s insurance and provide proof to our office prior to move-in.

All apartment locks are unique electronic keys, which cannot be duplicated. You will have to contact the office to get these reset if you lose your keys. They are able to be cancelled upon immediate notice as well.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can bring your payment to our office from Monday to Friday, between 10am-6pm, or you can pay online. For your own safety, we do not take cash payments.

The ARC and ALIGN do not have a lease pay-out option but we are aware that special situations do arise. At the sole discretion of our staff, we may assign their lease to a new resident. You as the tenant are solely responsible for finding the replacement and our staff have the right to refuse any replacement for legitimate reasons. Additional fees and rules may apply.

High-speed internet, gas, and water are included in the rent. Hydro is not included—lease holders are responsible for setting up and maintaining their own Manitoba Hydro account and payments.

A smart TV is Internet enabled, which allows you to stream entertainment from Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and much more. Please note, there may be an additional fee for paid subscription services.

We have a maintenance team available 8am-5pm as well as after hours for emergencies. Send a maintenance request.

Mail will be delivered to your mailbox located in the lobby of The ARC location at 2525 Pembina Highway, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3T 6H3. Packages will be dropped off in the lobby at the Parcel Lockers, accessible 24 hours/day.

They are a student resident at The ARC and ALIGN who act as a liaison between the management team and the residents. CA’s plan our resident events, help with the daily operations of the management office, gather resident feedback and are available to answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in becoming a CA, please contact the office for more information. It is a great way to earn while you learn!

RoomSync is roommate self-selection software that uses the power of social media to help you find the perfect roommate. This means you will choose who you’d like to live with! Once it’s time to start matching, you’ll receive an email invitation from our leasing office to join RoomSync. Once you join, you’ll create a matching profile, search and browse for potential roommates, then make a roommate request when you’ve found the perfect match. Our office receives your roommate requests directly from RoomSync!

Our 24 hour fitness room and lounges are complimentary.

Yes, as long as noise is respected. There is a charge for the laundry equipment but you wont have to wait. You can Ping the machines to find out if they are available and it will ping you back when your loads are finished.
